Pricing:
Drop-ins are $25 at mind/body HAUS in Midtown Memphis and $20 at Better Bodies Yoga in East Memphis. Multi-class packages lower the per class price from there.
Our Passion
We love practicing Ashtanga and sharing the practice with others. Ashtanga Vinyasa is keeping us both healthy, strong and feeling great into our early 50s and we’re not done yet! We share a common goal with our students: to create intelligent, sustainable, lifetime yoga practices. When we train teachers, we work to instill these same goals in them. Yoga is for every body, every age, and every stage in life.

Our mission is to support strong teachers for the Mid-South, provide a classroom environment full of learning and fun, and to elevate our yoga community as a whole. We offer classes, workshops and trainings for the brand new beginner to the most experienced seeker.

ashtanga PRIMARY SERIES
The Ashtanga Primary series is an intelligent, systematic way of opening & strengthening the body one step at a time. We start in standing poses to integrate and strengthen the low back, hips and legs, then we move to seated poses that deepen the work in joint mobility and strength. Modifications and variations are offered to make this practice accessible for all.
All levels welcome.
ashtanga MYSORE
Your practice customized for YOU! Named after the town in India where Ashtanga Vinyasa originated, Mysore-style Ashtanga is best described like a private lesson in a group setting. The teacher guides each student individually as they move through their personal practice. Students may choose to practice for as long as they wish within the class time posted.
All levels welcome.
ashtanga LED PRACTICE
Breath and movement - so simple! Not always easy, but always fun. You’ll create heat in the body with the Sun Salutations, then move into standing & seated postures, backbends and inversions. We blend the floor postures for the students in the class. We may include postures from all series in Ashtanga if we feel they will be beneficial to the students that day.
