MYSORE ASHTANGA

In this small group yoga training, you will move through the standing postures of Ashtanga Vinyasa, beginning with Sun Salutations to create heat and concentration. Students then move into standing postures to build strength from the ground up.

After the standing postures, students work on floor postures with the guidance of the teacher. Students complete work that is individual and appropriate for them. The teacher guides each student individually as they move through their personal practice. Students may choose to practice for as long as they wish within the class time posted. Classes are limited to 8 students.
